Product Introduction

Cysteine is white crystal or crystalline powder, soluble in water, slightly odorous, insoluble in ethanol, and insoluble in organic solvents such as ether. Melting point 240℃, monoclinic crystal system.

Use

1. In cosmetics: used in the production of perm, sunscreen, perfume, hair care essence, etc.;

2. In medicine: cysteine is mainly used in liver medicine, detoxifiers, expectorants and other pharmaceuticals;.

3. In terms of food: bread fermentation accelerator, preservative. Cysteine is used as a fermentation aid, an antioxidant and stabilizer for milk powder and juice, and a nutritional additive for pet food;

4. L-cysteine can be used as raw material for the production of N-acetyl-L-, carboxymethylcysteine and other cysteine series derivative products;

5. Accelerate the formation of gluten and prevent aging; used in natural juices to prevent the oxidation and browning of VC; it has a detoxifying effect on acrylonitrile and aromatic acidosis. Prevent radiation damage.
