Cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose is also used as a binder, tackifier and anti-adhesive in tablets, as an active ingredient in bulk laxatives, and as a food additive in tablets. Cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose can be used as excipients, such as excipients, disintegrants, disintegration aids.
