| In vitro | In hepatocytes from Sprague-Dawley male rats, Butibufen (0.1 μM-0.1 M; 60 min) exhibited no cell viability effects at a dose of 200 μM, but dose- and time-dependently affected cell viability at higher concentrations[2]. |
