| In vitro | BMS-8 demonstrates a more stable binding affinity for one PD-L1 monomer compared to another, with its ability to induce PD-L1 dimerization further enhanced by non-polar interactions involving Ile54, Tyr56, Met115, Ala121, and Tyr123 on each monomer, in addition to the involvement of water-mediated bridges at ALys124[2]. |
