Mainly used in polyvinyl chloride copolymers, nitrate cellulose, ethyl fibers, and synthetic rubber, it is particularly suitable for making cold resistant wire and cable materials, artificial leather, films, plates, sheets, and other products. It is often used in combination with phthalate plasticizers and can also be used as a low-temperature plasticizer for various synthetic rubbers. It has no effect on rubber vulcanization and is also used as a lubricant for jet engines.

Applied to solid propellant systems, it can improve the mechanical properties of propellants, reduce Tg, and increase low-temperature elongation; It can also improve the process performance of the medicine slurry, reduce the viscosity of the medicine slurry, and increase the fluidity and leveling of the medicine slurry. The weight dosage is generally 10% to 40% of the adhesive.
