Antioxidant 330 is a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant, suitable for polyolefin, PET, PBT and other thermoplastic polyester, polyamide, styrene resin and polyurethane, natural rubber and other elastomer materials, with good compatibility with resin, extraction resistance, low volatilization, high antioxidant efficiency and good electrical insulation characteristics. Especially suitable for high-temperature processing of polyolefin (such as PP, PE, etc.) pipe, injection molding products, wire and cable products processing field.

Chemical property

This product is white crystalline powder, melting point is above 240℃, almost insoluble in water, soluble in benzene and other solvents, slightly soluble in alcohol solvents. This product is non-toxic.

use

This product is a high molecular weight multi-hindered phenolic antioxidant, with good heat resistance, no pollution, no coloring, low volatility characteristics, is an excellent antioxidant of high-density polyethylene, polypropylene and rubber, also used in polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, ABS resin and polyester and other plastic products, the dosage is generally 0.1~0.5 parts.
