FEATURE AND APPLICATION

*JADEWIN LS111 is a special blend of two hindered amine light stabilisers JADEWIN LS119 and JADEWIN LS 622.

*JADEWIN LS111 is recommended for use in powder and industrial coatings as a light stabiliser. It is effective as an antioxidant and also shows triboelectric charging activity for powder coatings.

*JADEWIN LS111 improves the weathering of coatings by trapping free radicals. The addition of a UV-absorber such as JADEWIN UV234 or JADEWIN UV928 usually results in even better exterior coating durability.

In powder coatings,

JADEWIN LS111 significantly improves triboelectric charging, which bring beneath advantage

-improve transfer efficiency of the triboelectric coating process and a reduced amount of overspray to be recycled

-improved powder adhesion to the workpiece

- enhanced wrap-around on spraying

In industrial coatings

JADEWIN LS111 reduces yellowness caused by curing and overbaking, particularly in gas ovens. Further reduction in yellowing can usually be achieved by the addition of peroxide decomposing additives, such as JADEWIN AN 168
