Applications

UV absorber 1164 is an o-hydroxyphenyl triazine light stabilizer with strong UV absorption ability and wide UV absorption spectrum. It is a highly efficient light stabilizer used in light-sensitive materials. 1164 has good compatibility with the substrate, is not easy to change color, has low volatility, and has good light stability and thermal stability. It can effectively stabilize PE and PP films, tapes, sheets and other resins such as PA, PET, ASA, PETG, PBT and PC.

Storage

UV absorber 1164 is stable in nature and has no special requirements; pay attention to moisture-proof and avoid high temperature.

Recommended Concentrations

0.05%~1.0% (the specific amount to be added is subject to the actual application of the customer).
