Introduction:

Verapamil hydrochloride belongs to class IV antiarrhythmic drugs. It is a calcium antagonist with almost the same selectivity for myocardium, sinoatrial node, atrioventricular node and blood vessels.


Function:

1.It can prevent the influx of calcium ions, so as to reduce the autonomy of sinoatrial node and atrioventricular node, slow down heart rate and conduction, weaken myocardial contractility and reduce oxygen consumption;
