1-acetyl-2-phenylhydrazine (AcPhHZ) reacts with oxyhemoglobin to form free radicals, which can be used to induce hemolytic anemia in the study of hematopoietic system.
Application: 1-acetyl-2-phenylhydrazine can be used as a scientific research reagent, widely used in molecular biology, pharmacology and other scientific research, strictly prohibited for human body. It reacts with oxyhemoglobin to form free radicals used to induce hemolytic anemia in studies of the hematopoietic system. It can be used to establish the animal model of hemolytic anemia HA.
Chemical properties: white or light yellow flake crystal. Melting point 128-131℃, soluble in hot water, ethanol and benzene.
Production method: Reaction of phenylhydrazine and acetic acid. Heat phenylhydrazine, acetic acid and water for 6h, pour out while hot, cool to below 0℃, filter the crude product, recrystallize with water, and dry at 80℃.
