YQA14 is a selective D3 receptor antagonist.
Uses
YQA14 is a high affinity dopamine D3 receptor antagonist. YQA14 is anti-opioid addiction agent. YQA14 inhibits Morphine/Cocaine-induced conditioned place preference (CPP) in animals[1][2].
