PPL-100, also known as PL-461 and PL-462, is a HIV protease inhibitor potentially for the treatment of HIV infection.
Uses
PPL-100 free acid is a potential agent for SERPINA1. PPL-100 free acid can be metabolically cleaved into PL-100 (HY-107468)[1][2].
