Extrahepatic bile Duct Epithelial Cells性質(zhì)、用途與生產(chǎn)工藝
小鼠肝外膽管上皮細(xì)胞取自新鮮的組織，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作流程分離培養(yǎng)。保證細(xì)胞純度在90%以上；同時也需經(jīng)過微生物檢測，保證不含有HIV、HBV、HCV、支原體、真菌及其他類型的細(xì)菌。
小鼠肝外膽管上皮細(xì)胞分離自肝臟組織；肝臟是身體內(nèi)以代謝功能為主的一個器官，并在身體里面起著去氧化、儲存肝糖、分泌性蛋白質(zhì)的合成等作用；肝臟也制造消化系統(tǒng)中之膽汁。肝臟是機(jī)體內(nèi)臟里最大的器官，位于機(jī)體中的腹部位置，在右側(cè)橫隔膜之下，位于膽囊之前端且于右邊腎臟的前方，胃的上方。肝臟是機(jī)體消化系統(tǒng)中最大的消化腺，為一紅棕色的V字形器官。
該細(xì)胞只能用于科研，不得用于臨床應(yīng)用。
用于肝外膽管系統(tǒng)中CD63~+干細(xì)胞的識別鑒定及其修復(fù)肝臟損傷能力的研究
