MI-3 (Menin-MLL抑制劑)可抑制白血病中MLL融合蛋白的致癌活性。
MI-3 (Menin-MLL Inhibitor)是一種強效的menin-MLL相互作用抑制劑,IC50為 648 nM。
在HEK293細胞中,MI-3接近蛋白質靶點,并有效抑制menin-MLL-AF9相互作用。MI-3通過下調MLL融合蛋白致癌活性所需的靶點基因的表達,有效阻斷MLL融合蛋白介導的白血病轉化。在攜帶不同MLL易位的人MLL白血病細胞系,MI-3有效阻斷細胞分化,并誘導細胞凋亡。
