生物活性
Neamine 是一種 Neomycin 的無毒衍生物，也是一種廣譜氨基糖苷類抗生素。Neamine 是靶向血管生成素 (angiogenin) 的抗血管生成劑。Neamine 具有有效的抗菌，抗腫瘤和神經(jīng)保護活性。體外研究
Neamine (0.625-25 μM; 48 hours; AsPC-1 cells) treatment inhibits ANG-mediated AsPC-1 cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner in the range of 0.625-25 μM.
Neamine (100 μM) also blocks the nuclear translocation of ANG effectively.

體內(nèi)研究
Neamine (30-60 mg/kg; subcutaneous injection; daily; for 14 days; male Balb/c nude mice) has anti-tumor effects on AsPC-1 xenograft models. Neamine reduces the expression levels of ANG, Ki-67 and CD31 in tumor xenografts.
