藏紅花醛可由藏紅花中的苦味素一苦藏花素在酸中水解取得,或由β-環(huán)檸檬醛或a-環(huán)香葉酸用氧化硒催化脫氫制得。
Safranal (10-50 μM; for 1 h) dose-dependently decreases LPS-induced iNOS and COX-2 levels in both RAW264.7 cells and BMDMs.
Safranal (10-50 μM; for 1 h) inhibits cytokine IL-6 and TNF-α production and mRNA expression in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells.
