羥基積雪草苷( madecassoside,MC)為傘形科植物積雪草 Centella asiaticaUrb.的干燥全草,外用及內(nèi)服應(yīng)用已有兩千多年歷史,為 2010 年版中國(guó)藥典一部收載的常用中藥。用于濕熱黃疸、中暑腹瀉、石淋血淋、癰腫瘡毒、跌撲損傷等。積雪草總苷口服或外敷可有效治療外傷、手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷、燒傷、瘢痕疙瘩及硬皮病等。三萜皂苷類成分羥基積雪草酸( madasiatic acid) 是積雪草中最重要的活性成分之一,研究表明 MC 具有廣泛 的體內(nèi)外藥理活性,可降低膠原誘導(dǎo)的關(guān)節(jié)炎炎癥反應(yīng),促進(jìn)體外培養(yǎng)的人成 纖維細(xì)胞增殖,治療或預(yù)防增生性瘢痕和瘢痕瘤作用以及保護(hù)心肌缺血再灌注 損傷等。此外,MC 還有抗抑郁作用,機(jī)理可能與降低腦單胺氧化酶的活性有 關(guān);同時(shí),MC對(duì)急性脊髓損傷大鼠神經(jīng)元及慢性鋁中毒致小鼠癡呆也具有保護(hù) 作用。
