Hazard Information | Back Directory | [Description]
N2-Isobutyryl-O6-cyanoethyl-7'-OH-N-trityl-morpholino guanine is a nucleoside, ribonucleoside, and anti-cancer drug. It is modified with two acyl groups at the 2′ position of the sugar moiety and contains a phosphoramidite group in the 5′ position. It is an activator of DNA synthesis in vitro. In vivo studies have shown that N2-Isobutyryl O6 cyanoethyl 7' OH N trityl morpholino guanine can be used as an anticancer agent against human breast cancer cells. |
