UAMC-3203 was incubated with human microsomes or rat microsomes, and the T 1/2 were 20.5 h and 16.5 h, respectively. When co-incubated with mouse microsomes, UAMC-3203 showed relatively poor stability, with a T 1/2 of 3.46 h. | [in vivo]
