2,3,5,6-tetrakis(carbazol-9-yl)-1,4-dicyanobenzene, also known as 4CzTPN, is a thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)material. Since 4CzTPN has higher F?rster resonance energy transfer (FRET) rate and reduced intersystem crossing/reverse intersystem crossing (ISC/RISC) cycles, it can be used as sensitizing host to prepare thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) sensitized hyperfluorescence organic light-emitting diode.
