(Z)-Crotamiton is the (Z)-isomer of Crotamiton. Additive, Crotamiton is mainly the (E)-isomer, with not more than 15% of the (Z)-isomer. Crotamiton is used as an antipruritic. It has also been used as an acaricide in the treatment of scabies, but other, more effective drugs are usually preferred.
