icFSP1 is a selective and efficacious in vivo inhibitor of ferroptosis-suppressor-protein 1 (FSP1). icFSP1 triggers subcellular relocalization of FSP1 from the membrane and initiate FSP1 reversible aggregation into liquid droplet-like structures before ferroptosis initiation.
